Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Inventory Manager who will lead and develop the Inventory Control team, driving best practices to ensure unit-level accuracy and a high-quality customer experience. You will coach staff, oversee control functions, and align staffing with forecasts to support events and normal operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store inventory management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with store leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train & drive execution of inventory management best practices and standards throughout the store.
• Coach and develop team to be productive and deliver the desired outcomes.
• Oversee the execution of Inventory Control functions.
• Deliver staffing/scheduling based on forecasts to ensure inventory control activities can be executed.
