Busy Beaver is seeking an Inventory Control Manager Trainee in East Liverpool, OH. The role supports the General Manager, oversees inventory workflows, receiving, warehousing, and audits to protect assets and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates are strong leaders with experience in inventory or retail operations, capable of coaching staff, and maintaining secure, efficient store processes. Full-time, hourly position with 48-hour work week and excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven inventory management, warehouse, or retail operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in executing all inventory functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a Keyholder and manage the store in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Lead by example in inventory areas, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and backroom operations.
• Ensure proper handling of defective merchandise and return processes.
• Assign and monitor daily/weekly tasks to achieve inventory objectives.
• Evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
