Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply, LLC, at the Cleveland distribution center, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Team Member, Inventory Control, to resolve variances and discrepancies in incoming and existing products encountered during daily operations.

You will work with a focused team to maintain accuracy, manage cycle counts, and ensure proper handling of damaged or expired stock while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; business admin background helpful.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with a WMS and handheld devices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inventory variances and discrepancies for incoming and existing stock.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and counts.
• Identify and quarantine damaged or recalled products for removal.
• Support slotting and location accuracy to ensure pick availability.
• Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements for inventory.
