Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IC Lead I to coordinate inventory control activities in a manufacturing/warehouse setting. You will guide a small team, perform cycle counts, resolve variances, and ensure compliance with procedures to optimize material flow.

You will monitor stock levels, utilize ERP/WMS systems, and drive process improvements while collaborating with planning and production teams to meet schedules and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control, warehousing, or materials management.

• Strong understanding of cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team of Inventory Control Specialists with coaching.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate variances.
• Maintain inventory procedures aligning with policies and best practices.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with planning/production to address gaps.
• Use ERP/WMS to track material movement, generate reports, and analyze data.
• Identify improvements to boost accuracy and reduce waste.
• Support cross-functional teams for NPI, ECOs, and production schedules.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling to prevent damage.
• Generate inventory KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold safety regulations and a safe work environment.
