Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead- IC Coordinator for the Weekend Days Shift (Friday-Sunday, 4:30am-5:00pm) in Texas. You will reconcile inventory, enter data into customer records and SAP/WM systems, and perform root-cause analysis using Excel.

You’ll coordinate with suppliers and customers, monitor in-transit data, and train new associates. The role emphasizes accurate cycle counts, inventory integrity, and timely reporting for the finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and SAP.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of an inventory control coordinator.
• Reconcile data in customer systems and WM System.
• Analyze data for root-cause using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Compile cycle count data for management reports.
• Reconcile IDOCs in SAP and any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
• Investigate inventory shrinkage and advise manager.
• Train new associates and monitor performance.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
