Medline in Waukegan, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to ensure accurate inventory via cycle counts, reconciliations, and error resolution in a distribution center.

You will train staff on inventory processes, review discrepancy reports, and perform financial adjustments in SAP or AS400, while coordinating with multiple teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years lead experience preferred in warehousing.
• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Proficient with SAP & Catalyst or similar ERP/WMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload.

• Review and reconcile Material Movement Exception and Goods Over Receipt reports daily.

Course correct where applicable. + Reviews Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reconciles discrepancies as needed. Performs adjustments in AS400 or SAP to correct financial errors. + Manages the AS400 locations using to review discrepancies from 710 and 110 like NT, etc. + Research problem tickets and resolve as necessary.
