Inventory Control Lead I (S04)

Position Summary: The Inventory Control Lead I provides day-to-day operational leadership and coordination within assigned inventory control areas. This role serves as a developmental step toward supervision by supporting team performance, training associates, monitoring inventory accuracy, and assisting with operational execution. The Lead I work closely with Inventory Control Supervisors to ensure process compliance, problem resolution, and achievement of departmental goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
• Coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational requirements.
