Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Port Saint Lucie, FL seeks team members to support asset protection and inventory control. The role involves operating a forklift, counting and validating inventory, and collaborating across departments to maintain accurate counts and safeguard assets.

You will follow club policies, participate in safety walks, and help ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment for members while upholding GOLD standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Works with speed and accuracy to facilitate organized processes.
• Accurately processes damaged or defective merchandise following salvage/vendor return procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes vendor chargebacks.
• Supports inventory control counts and count processing as assigned.
