Job summary

Chadwell Supply, a family-owned maintenance supplies company with 30 branches nationwide, seeks an energetic Inventory Coordinator in Coppell, TX. The role involves daily cycle counts, product inspections, and processing returns, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficient warehouse routines.

You will operate sit-down and standing forklifts, assist in loading and unloading, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

Responsibilities

• Performs a daily inspection of warehouse product aisles and areas and notifies Lead Inventory Control Coordinator of unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily cycle counting and processes customer and vendor returns as directed.
• Completes daily cycle count paperwork and relays counts or product issues to Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Assists with loading/unloading goods onto/off delivery vehicles according to Chadwell Supply procedures.
• Records, processes, and restocks customer returned products.
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attends weekly safety meetings.
