Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is looking for an Inventory Count Team member to support Asset Protection Supervisors. You will operate a forklift, conduct counts, sort damaged and RTV items, reduce salvage, and process vendor returns in line with policies.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate counts and maintain inventory integrity. Daily duties include processing damaged merchandise, obtaining vendor returns, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet count deadlines

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members.
• Maintain safety, service, and sanitation standards.
• Process damaged or defective merchandise per procedures.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and manage returns.
• Assist with department inventory counts and counts processing.
• Re-wrap sellable merchandise with proper packaging.
