Job summary

RPC Staffing is seeking an Inventory Control Data Entry Associate in Plano, TX (75074) for a 30-day temporary role. The position pays $18/hr, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (flexible start to 8:30 AM).

You will ensure accuracy of stockroom locations and data, participate in physical inventories, and assist the accounting team with data entry as needed. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Working knowledge of an industry-standard ERP system.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Inventory Control preferred.

The Inventory Control Data Entry is accountable for the accurate of stockroom locations and data associations of Inventory. This role also participates in all physical inventories, as well as assist with data entry for accounting team.

Requirements

• Required PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of industry standard ERP system
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Prefer - Prior experience in Inventory Control

• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to perform with high efficiency.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute tasks independently.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to walk long distances throughout the production and office areas
• Compliance with ESD standards required

• Moderately quiet office environment. Must follow all ESD, PPE, and company safety protocols.
