Job summary

Rebag, the destination for buying and selling luxury handbags, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support the Operations team on-call as workload grows. Responsibilities include assisting with fulfillments, order picking, packing, inventory categorization, and inventory quality control to ensure accurate stock in a fast-paced ecommerce environment in New York.

Must communicate proficiently and be team-spirited.
Detail-oriented and accurate; able to learn new platforms.
Experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required.
Experience in ecommerce or retail is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Operate with urgency and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist with order picking, packing and shipping related work.
Categorize inventory in the database, and receiving inventory.
Responsible for shipment and fulfillment of all orders and product allocation.
Work under pressure while meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
