Job summary

OneSource Distributors in Fullerton, CA is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. You will cycle count materials, operate RF scanners, use Eclipse ERP, and ensure accurate locations while upholding safety and quality standards.

We require at least a high school diploma and 5 years in electrical distribution or wholesale; strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience.
• Experience with Eclipse ERP preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Cycle count raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily.
• Operate RF scanners and other hand-held devices.
• Use Eclipse to confirm quantities of materials.
• Ensure materials are in proper locations and locate misclassified inventory.
• Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
• Uphold PPE usage and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will do:

• Cycle count raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis
• Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
• Operate RF scanners and other hand-held devices
• Use Eclipse to confirm quantities of materials
• Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts search to locate misclassified inventory
• Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervisionPublish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics
• Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
• Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE
• Uphold all quality and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience
• Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
• Warehouse environment
• Ability to work in extremely hot, cold, or dusty environments

This role is based in Fullerton, CA

Work hours:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position and pays between $20.19 -$23.57 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
