Job summary

Bento is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator in Atlanta to support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include setting up new products in the system, monitoring inventory, and arranging shipments with major couriers.

The role requires a high school diploma, MS Office proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50lbs and work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory activities in the Bento warehouse and third-party warehouses.
• Data entry into the inventory management system of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and adjusting the system.
• Coordinate with driver's supervisor to arrange pick up for certain products.
• Arrange shipment with Purolator, FedEx and UPS
• Receive the goods/materials from suppliers.
• Control inventory levels.
• Record lot numbers according to Bento’s standards.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
