Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control role in Burleson, TX. The associate will support stock taking, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate the flow of products in and out of the warehouse.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of inventory experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with other departments. Safety and compliance are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic PC literacy and ability to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.
• Research customer claims.
• Print and purge monthly master lot; store one month locally in binder.
• Supply all lot information on cut orders (e.g.; tally previous pulled orders).
• Audit product availability error report.
• Comply with and ensure adherence to Company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Position Overview And Purpose

This role will assist in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product.

• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization.
• Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
