Job summary

Balanced Body, a global leader in Pilates equipment, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in California to ensure inventory accuracy, conduct internal audits, and investigate discrepancies. The role requires organizing across departments, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.

The successful candidate will perform cycle counts, maintain records, and generate inventory reports while coordinating with logistics and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive (valid CDL) to multiple local warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory and maintain accurate records

• Make inventory adjustments from cycle counts
• Assess and monitor warehouse transfers and receiving packing slips
• Create and maintain inventory reports (surplus, vendor returns, inspection reports)

Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The Inventory Control Specialist will work to ensure our inventory levels match our system records, conduct internal audits, and investigate discrepancies.

To be successful in the position, you should be highly organized, able to collaborate with multiple departments, have strong analytical skills, and strong communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Research any inventory discrepancies.
• Perform warehouse cycle counts and provide oversight of production cycle counts for various departments.
• Make inventory adjustments from the information gathered from the cycle counts.
• Assess and monitor warehouse transfer transactions and receiving packing slips.
• Experience creating and maintaining inventory reports (i.e., surplus, vendor return logs, inspection reports).
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
