Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to support day-to-day control tasks, receiving shipments, maintaining records, and ensuring proper stocking and organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, use of inventory software, and adherence to procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new computer programs, with a focus on accurate reporting and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
• Experience using inventory software or store systems.
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and basic supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory processes including receiving, shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and returns, managing inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in store systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment and train team members on inventory procedures and loss prevention.
