Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to support day-to-day inventory control tasks, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires attention to detail, comfort with inventory software, and a reliable, independent work style.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage stock levels, and assist store leadership with daily operations, ensuring safety and organization across the store. Training on FIFO and loss prevention is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in inventory control or related field.
• Strong attention to detail in tracking and counting.
• Proficient with inventory software and computer use.
• Able to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, returns, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations, reporting, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment; train staff on procedures (FIFO, loss prevention).
