Description

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment? Do you enjoy making sure the details are right and everything is where it needs to be? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Inventory Control Clerk position on the night shift with our Hanover Logistics Team at the Kindig Lane facility in Hanover, PA. This position works Friday - Sunday 5:30PM-5:30AM.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our inventory processes running smoothly and accurately. From maintaining precise records to supporting warehouse audits, your work will help ensure our products are where they need to be—on time and in the right condition. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, accountability, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to the bigger picture.

Inventory Control Clerk:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and assign SKUs and locations
  • Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
  • Unload trailers as needed
  • Review SKUs, Product Quantity, Product Quality, and Code Dates
  • Sort damaged, stale/out of code, outlet/short code, and good stock product
  • Audit damage sheets weekly
  • Run Open RMA reports in D365 and distribute to managers as needed
  • Perform weekly trailer, TRACK, and RAF location audits
  • Foster an environment that promotes teamwork and line-driven accountability
  • Complete special projects, duties, and assignments as needed
  • Participate in or lead Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety audits regularly
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and procedures, including GMP, HACCP, and food safety rules
