Responsibilities include actionable reporting, safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement while working under supervision. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required, with warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Manual dexterity: use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Physical stamina: sit, walk, or stand up to 10 hours per day.
• Mobility: crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull intermittently.
• Visual acuity: close, distance, and color vision; depth perception; adjust focus.
• Ability to lift/carry items under 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer the cycle count program.
• Maintain and report inventory metrics.
• Liaise between departments on inventory accuracy issues.
• Audit, correct, track, and report errors to identify improvements.
• Research and report on inventory losses or variances.
• Print and assign daily pick lists; resolve missing item issues.
• Manage recall inventory and reporting.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and report findings.
• Follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Report breakage according to guidelines.
• Maintain 100% quality and accuracy levels.
• Participate in departmental continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety rules and reporting requirements.
• Perform tasks per instructions and predefined guidelines.
• Work under immediate supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
