Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records from receipt through distribution. You will work with Purchasing, Warehouse, F&B, and operations to safeguard assets and ensure availability of supplies.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes Fri–Tue with days off Wed/Thu and 7am–3:30pm shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Inventory control and related warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Maryland licensing.

Responsibilities

• Input daily receipts and issues into inventory software.
• Verify accuracy of receipts, transfers and requisitions.
• Assist with monthly inventories.
• Maintain accuracy of items in the inventory system.
• Enter new vendors into purchasing system and assist vendor registrations.
• Ensure safety and security of company information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Why We Need Your Talents:

The Inventory Control Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, organized inventory operations across Live! Casino & Hotel. By ensuring products, supplies, and materials are properly tracked from receipt through distribution, you help support efficient operations, cost control, and inventory accountability throughout the property. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset enable you to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure inventory transactions are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Working closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Food & Beverage, and operational teams, you help safeguard company assets while supporting the availability of critical supplies needed for daily operations.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Days off: Wednesday and Thursday

Hours: 7am- 3:30pm

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Inputting daily receipts and issues of all items into the purchasing and inventory software.
• Verifying the accuracy of receipts, transfers, and requisitions.
• Assisting with monthly inventories.
• Maintaining the accuracy of items set up in the inventory system.
• Entering new vendors into purchasing system and assisting with the new vendor registration process.
• Ensure the safety and security of company information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Inventory control & related warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Physical Requirements:

• 50% Standing
• 50% Walking, stooping, reaching or bending

• Use of stairs and elevators
• Moderate lifting of 30 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work varied hours and on shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
