Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years technical or mechanical experience.
• 1+ years prior data-entry experience.
• Prior experience in a parts department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer department emails, Skype messages, and phones to support branches.
• Distribute computer generated reports and daily mail.
• Prepare Barometer for Caterpillar monthly.
• File discrepancy claims with vendors and insure accurate settlements.
• Prepare Caterpillar and management reports.
• Place novelty orders.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports and graphs as required.
• Approve invoices as required.
• Provide back-up for inventory control procedures.
• Provide back-up for other clerical functions.
• Manage ARM funnel.
• Order Cat literature.
• Prepare monthly barometer and KPI reports.
• Verify manual inventory changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
