Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Livonia, MI to maintain accurate inventory in a refrigerated/freezer warehouse. You will work Tue-Sat, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a $22.14/hr pay rate and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and 401K with company match.

Responsibilities include auditing receipts, updating WMS, and coordinating with procurement. The role requires English proficiency, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to use handheld scanners and

Qualifications

• Must read, write, understand and speak English.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Must learn WMS and internal applications.
• Must use handheld computers/scanners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system count matches physical inventory.
• Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level.
• Update WMS to match physical inventory.
• Research and document root cause.
• Ensure proper rotation of product.
• Analyze reports to identify rotation issues.
• Accurately receive inventory.
• Audit inbound receipts and verify documentation.
• Induct x-dock into inventory.
• Input data into WMS and other applications.
• Maintain accurate product data and recalls records.
• Work with procurement on expiration and holds to resolution.
• Document dispositions of inventory (dump/donate).
• Assist in daily/weekly reports and special projects.
