The Inventory Control Clerk position is a critical component of materials control as it relates to meeting company standards of quality and on-time delivery. This function is primarily responsible for on-site stock accuracy through inventory management best practices, ERP transaction accuracy, and physical handling of material. This role facilitates the accurate and efficient flow of goods from the point of receipt and between all inventory sites and departments. A keen attention to detail and meticulous record keeping are essential.
