Position Details

2nd Shift: Sun-Thurs (3pm-11pm)

Position Summary

Works with Inventory Control Supervisor and Operations staff to develop and implement inventory control measures to maintain high volumes of inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include establishing control points, audit schemes, reports, and transaction tracing to achieve ongoing accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Reconcile cycle count results, resolve all DC mismatches, and investigate root causes to prevent recurrence.
2. Perform all inventory-related data file maintenance.
3. Ensure all inventory reports are current and balanced.
4. Process all inventory adjustments except “on-the-fly” adjustments.
5. Publish reports and statistics on inventory accuracy performance against standards.
6. Maintain a high level of alertness while working.
7. Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Perform administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
