Job summary

RealTruck is seeking an Inventory Control role to manage materials, run MRP-based reports, and participate in year-end counts. You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure smooth transitions and communicate inventory status across departments.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of inventory control experience in manufacturing. Strong English, basic math, and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Basic computer skills, ability to add, subtract, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MRP system to generate inventory reports, such as excess and obsolete materials, material usage and demand.
• Responsible for inventory management of material by cycle counts, entering adjustments, as required, in Visual Manufacturing.
• Required to participate in Year End Physical Inventory.
• Review and coordinate Engineering Change Notices with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure smooth transitions.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly Bulk Issue Counts.
• Inform Senior Buyer when inventory issues arise and provide recommend resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
