Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Four Oaks, NC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for a 12-month assignment on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM). You will maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods and support the Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure system integrity.

Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift experience (min 6 months), and proficient Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Excel and MS Office experience required.
• Forklift experience required (min 6 months).
• Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong math and reading/writing English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all material transactions and generate ERP reports as needed.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
• Conduct cycle counts as directed by management.
• Investigate anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts.
• Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials.

Employment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)

• The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for inventory-related functions to maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods, supporting the Manufacturing and Quality departments.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-10:30 PM.
• Candidate must be flexible to work weekends if requested (no exceptions).
• 10-panel drug screening required (must be completed within 48 hours of job offer acceptance). Candidate will receive 2 weeks of training.
• Climate-controlled environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting of raw materials and finished goods); generate ERP system reports as needed
• Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and actual physical counts
• Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management to ensure system integrity
• Assist in investigating anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts
• Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed by management
• Other duties as assigned
