Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy in our warehouse environment. The role handles inbound/outbound orders, updates the warehouse management system, and supports routine clerical tasks to keep records precise.

Shift is first, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with benefits including attendance bonuses for full-time staff and access to medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6 months warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift certificate or training within 30 days preferred.

• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
