Newly Weds Foods, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk on the Second Shift. The role focuses on maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy and preventing shortages, with daily SAP WMS reconciliation and coordination with QA.

The position requires 3+ years in inventory control, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Mon–Fri 7am–3:30pm; compensation is $21–$31 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and prevent shortages.
• Reconcile SAP WMS with Production Application; conduct counts when needed.
• Coordinate with QA on proper material handling.
• Review IDoc and COGI daily to resolve TECO issues.
• Perform daily reconciliations after order confirmations.
• Support cycle counting and annual physical inventory; Recall Team duties.

Inventory Control Clerk

Second Shift

Mon. Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Compensation: $21 - 31/hr

The position of Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining the overall accuracy of the warehouse inventories. This includes checking inventory requirements to guarantee that there are no material shortages resulting from inaccurate inventories.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Helps manage inventory levels by reconciling SAP WMS with Production Application by conducting physical counts when necessary.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance that all inventoried materials are handled in accordance with policies and handling procedures.
• Performs daily reviews of IDoc and COGI errors to reconcile issues to facilitate the TECO order process.
• Performs daily reconciliations after order confirmations have been completed.
• Oversees the handling of daily cycle counting program and yearly physical inventory.
• Establishes the list of materials to be cycle-counted.
• Member of the Recall Team. Performs mock recalls on a regular basis.
• Any other task as directed by Management

Skills & Specifications

• 3+ years experience required in inventory control.
• Computer skills required: Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Requires good organizational skills.
• Requires good phone and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable, organized and able to resolve conflict.
• Working knowledge of the Inventory Tracking System.
