Locke Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I in Texas to support daily counts, cycle counts, and material reconciliation. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a hands-on, outdoor/industrial setting.

You will learn ERP Titan transactions, label and store inventory, and communicate shortages or damaged materials to the supervisor while helping production and logistics ensure material availability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or related field.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor/industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Support cycle counting and material reconciliation efforts.
• Verify material receipts and maintain organized stock areas.
• Tag, label, and store inventory items accurately.
• Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged materials to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in designated inventory zones.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure material availability.

Successful Key Results

• Maintain 98% or higher inventory accuracy in assigned areas.
• Complete assigned cycle counts on time each week.
• Ensure all materials are clearly labeled and organized daily.
• Communicate discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrate consistent improvement in understanding ERP (Titan) transactions.
