Qualifications

• Comfort investigating discrepancies and following documented processes during daily orders.
• Ability to handle dispositions such as rejected, expired, short dated, returned, destroyed, reworked, or quarantined goods.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency when updating inventory systems.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance and investigate inventory discrepancies during daily order processing.
• Process rejected, expired, short dated, and returned products to ensure inventory records remain accurate.
• Support Quality and Manufacturing by handling material being destroyed, reworked, or quarantined according to established procedures.
• Resolve orders on hold for inventory status and help move materials through the correct disposition path.
• Process material being destroyed, re-worked, or quarantined in addition to rejected, expired, and short dated products.
