Location: Four Oaks, NC

Total Hours/week: 40

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 4PM - 2AM)

Job Description
  • The QA Auditor performs audits in the distribution center to ensure compliance with shipping, receiving procedures, and the overall Quality Management System.
  • Supports investigations and manages quarantine and non-conforming products (Hold, Expired, Damages, Return, Rework, Recall) per procedures.
Job Responsibilities
  • Verify specified orders for accuracy, including quantity, batch number, material number, and special instructions.
  • Communicate with inventory control, order pickers, leads, and supervisors regarding discrepancies and improvements.
  • Prepare and submit random inspection records promptly to QA.
  • Gain knowledge of other positions' responsibilities to assist during urgency, breaks, absences, or vacations.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Distribution Center Operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medical Device regulations, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820 is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to interpret distribution documents.
  • General knowledge of distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in PC use, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and process skills.
  • Initiative and results-driven attitude.
Physical Demands
  • Must meet physical requirements, with accommodations available per ADA.
  • Regularly involves walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, hearing, twisting, lifting (over 50 lbs in some areas), and repetitive motions.
  • Occasional climbing may be required.
  • Vision must be corrected to 20/40; hearing sufficient for safe operation in a distribution environment.
