Job summary

Marvin is hiring an Inventory Control Auditor to maintain accurate inventory across our Kansas City facility. You will regularly count cycles, investigate discrepancies, and ensure material flow supports production. Strong analytical skills, system proficiency, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Safe operation of powered equipment is required to access high storage areas. The role offers a Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:00pm schedule with competitive compensation and benefits, including

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and obtain necessary certifications (forklift, aerial lift).
  • Comfortable working at heights (15+ feet) and lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Safely use a Motorized Industrial Man Up Picker to count parts at top levels (15+ feet+).
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to manage inventory movements.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Promote safety and integrity by reporting hazards and participating in training initiatives.

Job Overview

The Inventory Control Auditoris responsible foremaining andmaintainingaccurateinventory levels across the Kansas City location.
