Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is hiring for a 1st shift warehouse position in Washington state. The role handles shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse sanitation, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, prepare materials for production, perform cycle counts, and maintain lot-tracking for expiration dates. Eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend hours.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Ship finished goods to customers, including packing, palletizing, and staging.
• Receive and store inbound shipments per procedures.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and order picker with certifications.
• Prepare and stage materials for production.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers and expiration tracking.
• Record inventory levels and perform cycle counts.
• Document deliveries and input data in the MRP system.
• Follow safety rules and participate in continuous improvement.
