Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts at the beginning of each month to ensure inventory accuracy and security.
• Follow scanning policy and report discrepancies to management.
• Investigate unallocated merchandise and ensure ISTs and transfers are done properly.
• Verify customer pickups are completed correctly and finalize processes.
• Train warehouse staff on locating merchandise to reduce inaccuracy.
• Prepare reports on inventory accuracy and recovery.
