The position requires lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for shifts, and maintaining orderly records. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to sit/stand for an eight hour shift.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts at the beginning of every month to ensure inventory accuracy and security.
• Follows scanning policy and reports all discrepancies to management.
• Investigates unallocated merchandise and shortage issues.
• Maintains records and ensures proper ISTs and transfers.
• Prepares reports on inventory accuracy and recovery.
