Job summary

Holistic Industries in Sinking Spring, PA, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to ensure METRC tracking accuracy, tag plants as they move through Veg to Flower, and maintain precise inventory data. You will update METRC weekly and conduct monthly inventory reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, compliance, and teamwork to support growers, wholesalers, and retailers within the Holistic Industries network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all plant cuttings are tracked accurately in METRC
• Tag plants when transitioning into Veg, and from Veg to Flower stages.
• Track all harvested product in METRC prior to transitioning it to Processing stage.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and accounted for during transitions from harvest to Lab, and Lab to packaging.
• Update records weekly in METRC to reflect all plant status updates
• Complete and verify monthly inventory data
