Holistic Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain precise plant tracking in METRC, tag stages, and oversee inventory transitions from harvest through packaging. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced cannabis operations environment.

Candidates should be meticulous, adaptable, and committed to operational excellence, with a collaborative approach to support store and production teams while ensuring compliance and timely record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all plant cuttings are tracked accurately in METRC.
• Tag plants when transitioning into Veg, and from Veg to Flower stages.
• Track all harvested product in METRC prior to transitioning it to Processing stage.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and accounted for during transitions from harvest to Lab, and Lab to packaging.
• Update records weekly in METRC to reflect all plant status updates.
• Complete and verify monthly inventory data.

Your Impact:

• Ensure all plant cuttings are tracked accurately in METRC
• Tag plants when transitioning into Veg, and from Veg to Flower stages.
• Track all harvested product in METRC prior to transitioning it to Processing stage.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and accounted for during transitions from harvest to Lab, and Lab to packaging.
• Update records weekly in METRC to reflect all plant status updates
• Complete and verify monthly inventory data
