Viaflex seeks an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to manage day-to-day inventory operations, ensure accuracy of stock levels, and support timely order processing in a fast-paced production environment.

You will use data analytics to forecast demand, drive strategic planning, identify waste, and implement process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, timely order processing, and smooth flow of goods.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor inventory trends, forecast demand, and inform strategic planning to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock.
• Identify improvements in current practices and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline processes.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and performance metrics for management.
