Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Inventory/Operations Analyst to support inventory control through data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will work with SAP and other systems, develop dashboards, and partner with Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to improve accuracy and performance.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience involving data analysis, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, or data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Supports day‑to‑day inventory control activities, including reviewing inventory records and material movement.
• Learns and performs inventory‑related transactions and analytics using SAP and other systems.
• Develops, maintains, and communicates reports and dashboards to assess inventory health.
• Investigates inventory variances, discrepancies, shortages, and errors.
• Coordinates corrective actions for validated inventory‑related issues with stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Supports planning, execution, reconciliation, and analysis of physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Addresses questions escalated from employees in lower‑level roles.
• Identifies opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and processes through data analysis.
