Job summary

You will partner with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Finance to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure records reflect physical stock. The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control or related fields, ERP/WMS experience, and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse or supply chain experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of inventory data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods inventories.
• Verify count accuracy and investigate inventory variances.
• Conduct location audits and inventory verification activities.
• Assist in annual and periodic physical inventories.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and monitor variance trends.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Train employees on proper inventory transaction processes when needed.
