Job summary

MATRIC is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join the team in a manufacturing environment. You will manage data and databases, mine large datasets, and create actionable reports to support inventory decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and meticulous attention to detail. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate degree preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills required.
• Experience with large datasets and data management.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, edit and manage data and database systems.
• Mine databases for data, breaking large information into usable parts.
• Create reports from raw data to support department goals.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy on all deliverables.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Understand analysis needs and goals of department.
• Maintain, update, edit and manage data and database systems.
• Mine databases for data, taking large pieces of information and breaking it down into useful and manageable parts.
• Advanced level skill and knowledge of excel - pivot tables, vlookup, data importants.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to concentrate on detailed projects.
• Ability to create reports from raw data.
• High School Diploma plus related experience in a manufacturing environment. Associate degree preferred.
