Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Analytics professional to optimize warehouse data flows and reporting. You will work with Manhattan WM and SAP ERP to collect data, analyze discrepancies, and ensure inventory integrity while delivering routine SOX-compliant reports to management.

Responsibilities include creating ad-hoc and BI-driven reports, monitoring shortfalls, and documenting analyses. A degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years in automated warehousing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years’ professional level experience in automated warehouse/distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge/experience of WMS (Manhattan WM).
• Advanced proficiency in ERPs (SAP).
• Ability to create legible reports ad-hoc and through business intelligence systems (Power BI).
• Advanced skills in SQL (Developer).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SOX Compliance preferred.

What You'll Do
