Job summary

Nordson Product Assembly, a global leader in product assembly, is seeking an experienced inventory control specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. You will monitor counts, perform daily material transactions in SAP, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory control or related roles, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in inventory control, materials, production, or cost accounting environment.
• Cycle count and record reconciliation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP, manufacturing, and inventory control functions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitors count completeness reports; identify materials to be counted; helps ensure 100% count completeness.
• Conducts daily counts, reviews results; determines cause of errors, codes count accordingly.
• Inputs/maintains count records and reports via SAP.
• Accurately performs material transactions and Master Data maintenance as assigned.
• Works with representatives from a broad range of functional areas (customer service, warehouse, accounting, purchasing, receiving, assembly, etc.).
• Assist in root-cause analysis and problem solving
• Other duties as assigned.

• Detail-oriented, self-starter Math/numeric aptitude Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, ability to multi-task.
