Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inventory Compliance Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy across finished goods. You will verify receipts, complete cycle counts, and post transactions in Mapics while monitoring anomalies and maintaining data systems.

The role reports to Special Projects Manager and requires attention to detail and teamwork. The ideal candidate has three years in a similar role, proficiency with Mapics and MS Office, and a strong understanding of inventory accuracy's operational

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Three years in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with Mapics, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Thorough understanding of the impact of inventory accuracy on operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.
• Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.
• Audit/reconcile all cycle counts and post appropriate transactions in Mapics.
• Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions.
• Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues.
• Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances.
• Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product.
• Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls.
• Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.

JOB TITLES REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: None

ROLE: To ensure proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.
• Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.
