Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage inventory counts, receive deliveries, and maintain organized storage across the resort. You will process orders for Maintenance, Guest Services, and Housekeeping and ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing items.

The role requires basic office duties, a small set of PC skills, and the ability to work independently after training. Benefits are offered for eligible associates as part of a comprehensive program.

Responsibilities

• Count and track inventory, receive deliveries, and keep storage areas organized and stocked.
• Create orders based on inventory needs for Maintenance, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
• Receive, record and track all inventory, mail and supplies arriving or leaving the site.
• Ensure packages are delivered and recorded to the correct recipients.
• Maintain an inventory control system as directed by company standards.
• Load and unload deliveries as needed.

They would also be responsible for creating orders based on inventory needs across all three departments: Maintenance, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.How You’ll Shine:The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for the proper control of all the incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies and packages that arrive for the site. This role will receive, record and track all inventory, mail and supplies that arrive or leaves the site. This role will ensure all guest or department packages are delivered and recorded to the appropriate recipient. You be maintaining an inventory control system as directed by company standards. This position will also stores and stock inventory in the supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies.
