We are looking for a new Associate who is dependable, organized, and able to work with integrity and independently once fully trained.

This position is responsible for counting and tracking inventory, receiving deliveries, and keeping storage areas throughout the resort organized and properly stocked. They would also be responsible for creating orders based on inventory needs across all three departments: Maintenance, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.

How You’ll Shine:

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for the proper control of all the incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies and packages that arrive for the site. This role will receive, record and track all inventory, mail and supplies that arrive or leaves the site. This role will ensure all guest or department packages are delivered and recorded to the appropriate recipient. You be maintaining an inventory control system as directed by company standards. This position will also stores and stock inventory in the supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies. Loading and unloading delivers is also involved.
