The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping & receiving, material handling, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and retrieve information accurately.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, pulling and staging materials for production, processing shipments per customer requirements, and ensuring all packaging and preservation standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well within a fast-pacedmanufacturing environment.

Hourly Rate -$18.50 - $21.00 (Depending on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain accurate records of materials used in production
• Review customer requirements and process scheduled shipments
• Package and preserve products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met
• Protect parts in plastic bags for stocking purposes
• Create packing lists and pull shipping materials based on production schedules
• Pull hardware and stage materials for production use
• Perform final buy-off of finished goods stock and validate completion of operations
• Maintain inventory levels and values in the computer database
• Issue material requisitions as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping & receiving, material handling, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.

• Basic computer skills, including ability to enter and retrieve information accurately.
