Circuit Spring is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Production Associate to support our PCB assembly operation. This hands-on role handles material handling, inventory control, shipping support, and production assistance.

You will work closely with SMT operators to ensure materials are available and orders ship on time. The position offers cross-training in assembly and calibration activities, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Electronics, PCB assembly, or microelectronic component handling experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow documented procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move materials throughout the workday.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, label, stock, and issue materials and components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through transactions, counts, and cycle counts.
• Support material staging and replenishment for SMT and production operations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and packaging.
• Support work order preparation and material movement throughout the production process.
• Maintain organized inventory, stockroom, and warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
• Cross-train to support PCB assembly, inspection, and calibration activities as needed.
• Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Perform other production and operational support duties as assigned.
