Randstad USA in Carlisle, PA seeks an analytical Inventory Clerk to perform scheduled cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy. You will use WMS and inventory software to adjust records, verify locations, and support FIFO compliance in a high-volume distribution setting.

Are you highly analytical and excel at inventory accuracy? Become an inventory clerk with a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers, allowing you to use your data skills to ensure precise stock integrity when it fits your life.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks of designated stock locations to verify system quantities.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during cycle counts or audit procedures, documenting root causes and adjustments.
• Accurately input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the warehouse management system (wms) or inventory software.
• Audit and verify product locations, ensuring all inventory is stored correctly and following fifo (first-in, first-out) or client-specific procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.

work hours: 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM
